Welcome to the myGRN (my Genetic Regulatory Network) website.

This site has just launched. It has been extensively tested in Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer. If you do find any bugs, please bear with us and send an email. We'll fix it as soon as possible.

myGRV is a database that stores information about regulatory links in a genetic regulatory network. myGRV also allows rapid visualisation of these networks and lets you export network data to a variety of tools.

Feel free to explore any of the public networks (see the left hand menu). To add data to a network, you have to register. This is free and is only required to enable us to maintain the quality of data in the database. Registering allows you to create networks and use our chilibot network curation tools.

To 'play', feel free to register and explore the playpen networks. Any data added to these networks is not propagated through the site. Please note, once you add data to a real network and associate it with a publication, it will be available to other users.
