Install and Run myGRN Locally The myGRN database and web interface are freely available for academic users to download and install on their own systems. If you are interested in running your own copy of myGRN for research purposes, please contact us. We are working on streamline the code to make it easer to set up on a new machine, and once this is complete we will make the code available to download directly from our website.
