The next Annual Meeting of the RSC Spectroscopy and Dynamics Group will be held at The University of Nottingham from the evening of Monday 7th January until mid-afternoon on Wednesday 9th January 2019. The meeting plays an important role in maintaining the vitality of the UK spectroscopy and dynamics research community, and provides a key forum for the younger members of the community (graduate students and postdocs) to present their work and to interact with one another and with more senior researchers. Most of the oral presentation slots at the conference are given over to younger researchers, but several established researchers from the UK and overseas are also invited to give stimulating plenary lectures on cutting-edge topics.

Invited Speakers

Confirmed invited speakers to date are:

        Valerie Blanchet (University of Bordeaux)
        Tom Oliver (University of Bristol)
        Klaas Wynne (University of Glasgow)
Rachel Crespo-Otero (Queen Mary University of London)
        Mike Tarbutt (Imperial College London)
Heather Lewandowski (JILA, University of Colorado)

Programme

The full programme will be available when registration is closed, but will run from dinner on Monday, through to afternoon tea on the Wednesday.
