Research Summary

My recent research is related to medical image analysis. the main areas of interest are but are not limited to, Computer vision, Image processing, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural networks.

The current research focused on breast cancer segmentation and classification using Histopathological images based on Convolution neural networks. in addition to analysis of immune cell spatial distribution in relation to the tumor cells distribution

Past Research

Using deep learning and convolutional neural network for liver cancer segmentation using CT scans. Adapting machine learning and neural network techniques for postmortem mandible segmentation and gender, race, and age prediction

Future Research

Future research will focus on using deep learning with computer vision for the medical field.
