Nurturing U: Self care campaign

We encourage students to be kind and to take care of themselves. Self Care is important as it can help with self-esteem, stress management and overall wellbeing. It’s often neglected or something we don’t do enough of.

 It’s about looking after your mind, being kind to yourself, and doing something you enjoy.

We hope that the information and resources here will encourage you to incorporate self care into your everyday routine leading to a happier and healthier you.
