Associate Professor, Faculty of Engineering
Richard Jefferson-Loveday is an Associate Professor in the Engineering Department at the University of Nottingham. Prior to this he worked as a Senior Research Associate at the Whittle Laboratory at the University of Cambridge. He has worked on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) projects supported by Siemens, Rolls-Royce and EPSRC. In 2014 he and his colleagues were recipients of the IGTI Turbomachinery Committee Best Paper Award for their work on transition in low pressure turbines.
Richard is a member of the Gas Turbine and Transmissions Research Centre (G2TRC) and Powertrain Research Centre research groups.
