Biography

In 2015 I gained a MPharm (First Class Honours) degree in Pharmacy at the University of Bradford and registered as a pharmacist since 2016 in the General Pharmaceutical Council. In 2017 I attained an MSc (First Class Honours) degree in Nanomedicine. By the end of the same year I joined the CDT in Advanced Therapeutics and Nanomedicines at the University of Nottingham, undertaking small projects in drug nano-carrier development and powder flow prediction in academic and industrial settings, respectively, later to complete a PhD in 2022 on the application of Tip-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy in Pharmaceutical Analysis, under the supervisions of Dr Jonathan Burley and Prof Ioan Notingher. The same year I worked as a Development Scientist in Upperton Pharma Solutions (CDMO) under different formulation development projects for six months. In September of 2022 I re-joined the University of Nottingham appointed as a KTP Associate - Pharmaceutical Scientist in collaborating with AstraZeneca.

Research Summary
