Arguably one of the most pressing issues facing the world is how to become more sustainable in the face of climate change - but how is big business doing its bit? Join us to hear from two alumni who are helping tackle the challenge!

Alumnus Max Thomas (Economics, 2012), who works in Sustainable Finance Origination for HSBC Global Banking and Markets, will be talking about its aspiration to be a leader in the sector, as one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world. It is already managing and shaping the transition to a low-carbon world, including its pledge to provide $100 billion to sustainable financing and investments by 2025.

Di Harn Yeh, Business Sustainability Accountant Manager China and SE Asia for EcoVadis (MSc Environmental Management, 2013) will be sharing her tips for building and maintaining sustainable supply chains.

Make sure that you follow the Facebook event to find out more information on Max and Di Harn and for more content in the lead up to the event.

The event is a great opportunity to learn how you can do your bit to tackle the challenge, whether you work in big business or building your own company from scratch.
