Description

Jonathan Neale 720 x 300

This November, in an exclusive lecture, Jonathan Neale (Physics, 1984), Chief Operating Officer at McLaren Group, will share his perspective on how you can apply a McLaren mind-set to your workplace. Drawing on 20 years’ leadership experience at McLaren, Jonathan will consider the importance of using states of challenge and pressure to build organisational resilience, engender a culture of reinvention through an ‘adapt and overcome’ mentality, and use adversity to build stronger, winning teams, and explain why McLaren believes it performs best when it takes risks and makes brave decisions. Please note this event is exclusive to University of Nottingham alumni.
