There has been an explosion of research using NMR and Mass Spectrometry technologies in recent years, both in terms of number and sophistication of studies.
This cross Faculty of Science event will give a brief theoretical background to the technologies then focus on practical application of the methods in the areas of food and nutritional sciences.
All postgrads, postdocs and academics wanting to find out how to apply NMR and Mass Spectrometry technologies to their research are welcome to attend. No need to register - just turn up on the day.
