Biography

Dr Borah is a Research Fellow with the Soft Matter Biomaterials & Biointerfaces Group. He has a PhD in Food Engineering from Tezpur University (India) and was a Commonwealth Split-Site PhD student at the School of Food Science and Nutrition, University of Leeds (United Kingdom).
