Global and International

The University of Nottingham was the first UK university to operate an independent campus on the Chinese mainland.

Whether you’re studying at our Business Schools in Nottingham, China or Malaysia, you will learn alongside students from all over the world, giving you a global outlook. This broad view is especially important in business education.

As a Nottingham University Business School student you may have the opportunity to study abroad either at one of our overseas campuses or at a partner university in Europe or further afield.

Our students are from over 150 countries. Typically 40 per cent of our student population is from the UK, 12 per cent is Chinese, 7 per cent Indian and 5 per cent Malaysian. We also have students from Hong Kong, UAE, Singapore, USA, Australia, Nigeria, the Phillipines, and Sarawak to name but a few.

We have a broad mix of nationalities among our staff who bring knowledge, experience and acclaimed research from across the globe.
