Exploring and explaining the way engagement within online community based innovation contests influences user innovation behaviour; A structural and experience based study

Research Details:
It is important to "understand" the nature of value (co-created with peers) when individuals pursue particular relationships and drop others and thereby actively construct their networks throughout the user innovation process.
To understand the nature of this co-created value, the present research seeks to unravel the causal mechanisms underlying user innovation behaviour within online community based innovation contests.
