Student societies

If you're an enterprising student, university run facilities such as the Ingenuity Lab are only one side of the coin. The University of Nottingham is fortunate to have a number of very active student managed societies which are always looking for new members to contribute.

Enactus Nottingham

Enactus is an international organisation that mobilises university students around the world to make a difference to communities who are in need, while developing the skills to become socially responsible business leaders. More than 62,000 students participate in Enactus, representing 1,600 universities in more than 39 countries.

Enactus Nottingham is the team from The University of Nottingham. They have won the UK National Championship four times in the last seven years and gone on to represent the UK in the World Championship with great success.

Nottingham Entrepreneurs

Nottingham Entrepreneurs is the Student Union affiliated entrepreneurship society at the university. They run numerous events, including workshops, competitions and lectures from successful entrepreneurs as well as the Nottingham Entrepreneurship Forum (NEF) - their annual conference. The video below is from a past NEF event.
