"Fintech vs Banks - Who owns the future?"

Join us for an evening talk and networking event with Maurice Benisty, Chief Commercial Officer of specialist capital markets firm Demica.

Maurice has a 25 year career in corporate finance at Wells Fargo, GE Capital, Lehman Brothers, Bankers Trust and Paribas, leading teams, building businesses and originating transactions. Maurice is a graduate of the University of Nottingham's School of Law.

In 2015/16, he led GE Capital’s CDF International team through its sale and integration into Wells Fargo, successfully moving across $2.6B of assets, 350 people and 12,000 customers. Prior to that he held the positions of Chief Commercial Officer of GE Capital International (1,000 people and $40B of assets) and Commercial Leader of GE's Leveraged Finance business.

In October 2017, he joined the leading financial technology firm Demica driving transformation in the way working capital finance is provided to corporates, banks and other financial institutions.
