Day 2 - An introduction to issue-based consulting

Introduction to the consultative problem-solving approach known as Issue-Based Consulting (IBC).  Issues in an organisation are the symptoms of underlying problems. • structuring the problem
  • planning for data gathering
  • interview techniques

Day 3 - Issue-based consulting – achieving results

  • forming recommendations
  • generating buy-in
