The Ingenuity Programme exists to tackle the UK's major social and environmental challenges through the creation of innovative start-ups.

In her role, Elizabeth oversees the delivery of the Ingenuity Programme, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into all elements of programme activity. This includes stakeholder management and external engagement, community outreach, skills and training, and developing opportunities for students, graduates and community-led organisations to gain access to networks and routes to funding.

Elizabeth currently manages the relation ship with key Ingenuity stakeholders, including Nuffield Health, Abri Group, Shakespeare Martineau and 36+ UK universities.

Elizabeth is also departmental Co-Director for External Engagement, and is responsible for the effective delivery of Nottingham University Business School's External Engagement Strategy.
