I am currently associate professor at Nottingham. Before joining Nottingham as a lecturer in 2007, I was a researcher then lecturer at the European University Viadrina (2002-2007), and a tutor and research assistant at the University of Oxford (2000-2002). I am Director for the Centre of Research in the Behavioural Sciences, Course Director for Industrial Economics, and am Member of the Editorial Board at the Journal of Economic Psychology.

I have published in journals such as American Economic Journal: Microeconomics, Economics Letters, Economic Theory, Experimental Economics, Games and Economic Behavior, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Journal of Economic Psychology, and Southern Economic Journal.

Current Research Activities
My research involves behavioral economics and game theory. I work primarily on individual preferences, strategic reasoning, and group interaction in situations involving cordination, cooperation and conflict. Applications of interest include bargaining, contracts, competition, charity and public good contributions.
