Before joining Nottingham in 2007, I was working on a four-year project on executive pay and Corporate Governance in large UK based multinationals at Loughborough University Business School. The project involved both cross-sectional and longitudinal study of executive options and LTIPs, board composition and independence.

Executive pay and firm risk; Corporate Governance.
