Executive MBA Healthcare

Preparing healthcare professionals for the challenges of organising and managing complex healthcare services

The course is designed to respond to the changing global and UK landscape by developing competitive solutions to manage the competing demands of service users, commissioners and regulators.

It is ranked among the top 100 worldwide, according to the QS Global EMBA Rankings 2019.

It is for students who want to maintain a focus on the healthcare sector while receiving a generalist MBA education. Along with modules from the general Executive MBA programme, those focusing on healthcare will undertake two specially designed modules.

Healthcare management modules are led by academics, whose research focus specifically on management, and invited management experts from healthcare and beyond.

This specialism is supported by the Centre for Health Innovation, Leadership and Learning (CHILL), a leading centre for research into management and organisations in healthcare.

Case study

Our Executive MBA Healthcare in the 'Doctors of the Future' programme, a partnership between ITN Productions and the Royal Society of Medicine.

I know that this is going to change me. My research, my critical thinking, even my approach to technology has changed. I've learned so much.
