Description

This free inaugural symposium will bring stakeholders across business and society to discuss food surplus, food waste, and new models of social eating to map out the possibility of transformation and collaboration across sectors.

Keynote talks will be given by leading thinkers from a range of companies, charities, government, and grassroots movements.

This is a multidisciplinary event, which will involve specialists from a range of theoretical and applied disciplines.

We encourage academics working in these areas to submit a one page abstract and speak at the event.
