In 2008 the global financial crisis had a big impact on the graduate job market, many organisations scaled back their recruitment or stopped it all together while the world recovered from the crash. 

The graduating class of 2008 and 2009 entered a very unstable and uncertain graduate job market. As the impact of the global pandemic has had a similar impact on the job market we wanted to put your questions and concerns to members of our 2008/09 graduating class.

Ash talks with Chris and Louis about their time as students at Nottingham and how they approached finding graduate careers amidst the global recession when recruitment was at an all-time low.
