Digital Engagement

The Digital and Marketing teams are keenly focused on a rapidly evolving digital future. We are developing innovative responses to the changing expectations of our many audiences. 

Our Digital Engagement programme is a significant investment of resource and will deliver new ways of working along with new platforms, channels and methods of communication to further enhance recruitment, reputation and operational efficiency.

Our digital engagement future will include a responsive website that better meets the information needs of our visitors and an easy-to-use CRM solution to deliver sophisticated and targeted communications.

Our teams


We deliver undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment marketing for all schools and faculties, leading on key activities such as the online and print prospectus, open days and clearing.

We also deliver research marketing, creating strong campaigns to promote our research strengths, and we support our colleagues in professional services with their campaigns.

We undertake market research and support new course development, portfolio refresh and perception surveys.



We are digital developers, videographers, designers and content creators, responsible for ensuring our website, apps and social channels are current, compliant and engaging to our audiences.

We seek fresh approaches to digital content and platforms in an ever-changing environment. We measure, monitor and evaluate all our activities.


Brand and visual identity

As brand champions, we support colleagues across academic and professional services to deliver consistent and high-quality communications and collateral – from bespoke campaigns to presentations through to livery, signage and website.
