Adam Sheng's Pigs Trotters

"I used to buy pigs trotters (5p each back then) from the butchers in Beeston to cook a very Chinese meal.
They made a tasty dish, which attracted my flat mates to share!"

- Clean the pigs feet and cook them for 15 minutes.
- Add ginger, salad onion and Chinese spices, together with soya sauce and a little salt, and boil for 20 minutes.
- Add beans and cook for a further 15 minutes.
- The dish is ready to serve.
