Everyday Mindfulness 3: Monday 3 February 2020, 5.30pm to 6.30pm

Practising Mindfulness can be helpful if you tend to worry a lot about the future or find it hard to let go of situations once they have passed.

To get the most from this programme we recommend attending all six sessions.
