Help with exams and exam preparation

There are a number of different sources of advice on how to cope with exam preparation:

The above guides include advice on looking after yourself.

It is important to eat well, take some exercise and try to get enough sleep.Don’t use too much caffeine or any other stimulants.

Academic Support has a number of study resources designed to help students with specific learning difficulties. These offer detailed advice on revision and exams and a short guide to studying effectively.
