Description

CSSGJ are delighted to host the launch of Joerg Nowak's new book Workers' Movements and strikes in the 21st century, a global perspective in the Fiveleaves Bookshop on Thursday 17th May.

This accompanying talk spans countries across global North and South and provides an account of working class resistance in the 21st century. Is there a potential for solidarity among workers in different parts of the world? What has caused the return to strike action, what forms of organisation are developing?
