  • Negative transparencies up to A4.


  • Flatbed scanners for printed material.
  • Transparency adapters for scanning transparencies on flatbed scanners.
  • 35mm slide scanners with adaptors for scanning film strips.
  • Bookscanner with book cradle.


  • Photoshop - image processing, colour correction, editing.
  • Acrobat - create pdfs directly from your scans.
  • Microsoft Office 2013.

How to book

There is usually no need to pre-book workstations. Simply turn up and log on to a free PC using your university username and password.
