Two job vacancies for Teaching Associates

Applications are invited for two Teaching Associate positions based in the School of Economics, which is one of the UK's premier research and teaching departments for economics (ranked 5th in UK in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2017, 6th in UK by research power in REF2014 and 13th in Europe by the Tilburg ranking of Economics Departments).

The successful candidate will be expected to teach (lectures and tutorials) on a range of classes in the economics discipline. Candidates should have, or be demonstrably close to submitting, a PhD (or equivalent) in economics.

All the teaching in the School is informed by research and applicants should state their research interests and to which of the school's research centres they would like to be attached to.

These posts are available from 1 September 2017 and will be offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months.
