A Centre for Research in Educational Leadership and Management seminar

Outline

A survey of almost 1,500 school leaders carried out in the summer term 2021 found that two in five leaders plan to leave the profession during the next five years, often as a result of the additional pressures caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. This seminar will share further findings from the research and discuss what can be done to support leaders in role and avert a succession crisis? Read some headline findings from the research.
