Inaugural BERA/CCEAM Annual Lecture by Professor Tony Bush

The inaugural British Educational Research Association (BERA)/Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM) lecture will take place in London on 29 November 2019.

Delivered by Professor Tony Bush, the lecture is titled Educational Leadership and Management in the Commonwealth: Making a Difference.

Tony is a Professor of Educational Leadership within the Faculty of Social Sciences, and a member of the School of Education's Centre for Research in for Educational Leadership and Management.

Biography

Tony has a wealth of knowledge and experience including:

  • President of BELMAS (British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society) 

  • BELMAS Distinguished Service Award (2008) 

  • Editor (since 2003) of the leading international journal, Educational Administration and Leadership 

  • Fellow of the CCEAM since 2008 

  • Researcher, consultant or external examiner in 22 countries (including 15 Commonwealth countries)
