A limited amount of accommodation will be reserved for Summer School students* in Southwell Hall on Jubilee Campus. The dinner, bed and breakfast package price is £35 per person per night. All bedrooms are for single occupancy and we cannot accommodate friends and family members. Any special requests for couples and/or children need to be directed to other accommodation providers.
We will also provide a parking permit if you wish to bring your own car (this will be given to you on arrival at Southwell Hall).
Accommodation will be booked only for the duration of Summer School. If you wish to stay in Nottingham for longer than the dates outlined, you will need to book accommodation elsewhere.
You will need to book your accommodation online. The code to book is SESS2018 (this must be entered before you select the dates). You will be asked to enter your arrival and departure dates. The deadline to books is 1 July 2018.
Due to out of term time operating hours, facilities on Jubilee Campus will be restricted. Please take note of the following:
- You will be required to pre-order your evening meals
- Lunch is available to be purchased at catering venues across campus
- The Students' Union shop, which sells a range of sandwiches and drinks will be open Monday to Friday
Please note that smoking inside your room or inside University buildings is not permitted.
Alternatively you may wish to make your own accommodation arrangements.
Studying in Summer School is intensive. To fully benefit from the programme you are strongly urged NOT to bring family members with you.
If this is unavoidable, you will need to arrange accommodation and appropriate childcare where necessary. Please contact the University directly regarding its child care provision over the Summer.
Please be aware that owing to insurance liabilities, children will not be permitted into the School of Education or other University premises, other than the nursery.
