Research Topic 'A rare instance of mystical genius': Redefining the Twentieth Century Literary Legacy of William Blake

Research Summary My research focuses on the influence of William Blake on the mystic writing of Irish Modernists W. B. Yeats, George William Russell 'AE', and James Stephens, and early twentieth century conceptions of William Blake as a mystic and visionary writer.
