Biography

I am an ESRC funded PhD student within the school of psychology, supervised by Lizzy Sheppard and Peter Chapman. I obtained my BSc in Psychology (with international study) and my MSc in Psychological Research Methods from the University of Nottingham. Following my MSc I worked at Loughborough University as a research assistant before returning to Nottingham for my PhD.

Current Research

My research is focused on applied psychology and the psychology of driving. My current research is examining the cross-cultural differences in drivers visual attention using eye tracking and driving simulation methodologies. Previously I have researched drivers behaviour and visual attention at junctions, cross-cultural differences in hazard perception, and fatigue amongst bus drivers.
