Contensis support survey results

The Contensis support survey was sent out to all Contensis users in March 2013. The purpose of the survey was to collect information on what our users like/dislike with the support we currently provide and what they would like to see more of.

102 colleagues completed the survey which has given valuable feedback to help us improve the service and support we deliver.

We had 52 entries for the competition to win a £10 Amazon voucher and a winner was selected at random using an online generator.

Congratulations to Shineen Dewil, who won the prize draw. Your Amazon voucher is on its way!

Our plans

Over the coming months, we plan to do the following:

High priority

  • develop a forum area where colleagues can share ideas and support one another
  • work with key contacts in China and Malaysia to help them deliver support in a similar way to the UK
  • reduce the time between logging a support call and the web team accepting it

Medium priority

  • make it more obvious who your unit coordinators are
  • further develop the frequently asked questions area (also to allow filtering)
  • arrange and offer refresher training sessions
  • training guidance for approvers and admins
  • develop and deliver skills sessions

Low priority

  • following implementation of a responsive design, provide more guidance on layouts
  • provide more guidance on best practice
  • communicate regular announcements on interface issues
  • we will look at the possibility of having a hotline for support requests

Thank you again for your feedback.

Just two words
