Applicant Support Team - Direct Admissions,
I work on a team that does the following:
Providing advice on all aspects of the UTT/Direct application process to applicants, agents, schools, and other members of staff;
Making fee status decisions and advising on pre-applicant fee status queries;
Working with registration team to provide admissions support at registration, checking original documents for proof of results;
Dealing with incoming admissions post;
Issuing CAS numbers to International (non-EU) applicants starting a new course;
Re-sending User Provisioning Emails for MyNottingham for UTT/Direct applicants.
