Biography:
Born on 2 June 1798, she was the daughter of Bernadino Ricaurte and Dolores Nariño, sister of Antonia, niece of Antonio Nariño, sister of José María Ricaurte y Nariño.

She was exiled by Morillo in 1816. (Monsalve, 159)

On August 1819 she was among a group of 20 young women from distinguished families presented to Bolívar when he arrived at Bogotá in triumph. She married José María Morroquin y Moreno shortly afterwards. Monsalve, 219, 222, 229)

She was part of the González Manrique, Alvarez, Ricaurte, París, Pardo, Nariño clan. (Monsalve, 139)
