A slave woman who was married to Joaquín Duval. In 1819 she petitioned for 80 pesos to pay for her freedom. She said that the money was due from the 7th regiment (Argentina?). She was refused on the basis that the regiment had dissolved and there was no record of a soldier of that name. (Blanchard, 9)
