Dissertation prize for BSc Geography student Maria Tsaptsinos

Maria Tsaptsinos, BSc Geography student (2015 entry), has been chosen as a runner-up for the British Hydrological Society's dissertation prize. She has been invited to the BHS National Symposium at the University of Westminster to receive her award.

Her dissertation was entitled "Assessing and comparing disruption of longitudinal connectivity on macroinvertebrate communities in four UK rivers" and was supervised by Matt Johnson.
