Assistant Professor in Adult Nursing, Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences

I am employed as an assistant Professor in Adult Nursing. I am currently the Deputy course lead for the BSc in Nursing which requires me to be a key point of contact for a cohort of students. I ensure the smooth running of the programme and deal with complex student issues requiring course lead input.

I teach on all three years of the BSc programme and use my facilitation skills to assist student to explore the art and science of Nursing. Person Centred Nursing care is a key theme within my teaching whether it be clinical skills or classroom based learning.
