Assistant Professor in Midwifery, Lead Midwife for Education, Lead for Pre-registration Midwifery Programmes, Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences



1994 - Qualified as a Registered Adult Nurse working predominantly in surgical settings in the specialties of ophthalmics and obsterics.

1996 - Qualified as a Registered Midwife, working mainly on Labour Ward.

August 2002 - Joined the Division of Midwifery at The University of Nottingham and became an Assistant Professor in Midwifery. Since 2019 I have been the University's Lead Midwife for Education and Lead for Pre-registration Midwifery Programmes.
