Group Membership and Activities

Membership of the School of Health Sciences Safeguarding Group includes representation from academic staff across all divisions and fields of practice with the School of Health Sciences, practice colleagues with expertise in the field of safeguarding and family violence, service users and student representatives.

The core aims of the group are to work collaboratively in order to develop teaching and learning resources which reflect current best practice, to develop joint research and scholarship opportunities and to act as a forum for open discussion around contemporary issues in the fields of safeguarding and family violence.
