Congratulations! You have been shortlisted to attend an interview for Nursing Training (as per your UCAS application) at the University of Nottingham.

The University will be offering 2 different styles of interview, please use the links below to select your preference for either a Virtual Interview or a Face to Face Interview and choose a suitable time and date:

Once you have booked your interview you cannot change the time and/or date.
Prior to your interview
- Scanned copies (onto MyNottingham portal) of academic achievements eg most recent transcripts, GCSE certificates (if taken) or equivalent, IGCSEs, final middle years IB transcript, a copy of your year 10/11 transcripts, AS/A2 Certificates and other academic achievements if other qualifications were completed

On the day of the interview
You must bring one form of photo ID, see acceptable identification below:
- valid passport
- full or provisional driving licence (if available)
If you do not have either of the above documents, please contact us at email@example.com providing the following details in the subject line of your email: UCAS ID, Full name, and UCAS Course code that you have chosen to apply for.
Please note, supporting documents will not be accepted by staff at interview.
If you choose to select this method of interview, you will be sent a link via email prior to your interview slot which you will then select and it will ask you to download a small file or an app if you are using a smart phone. Please note that these files/apps are easily removed after your interview and download is free. Your interview will last approximately 40 minutes. Please have 1 form of photo ID ready which you will need to present at the beginning of your virtual interview.
Face to Face Interview
If you choose to select this method of interview, you will need to travel to the Nottingham Education Centre, here you will be met by student ambassadors who will take you to registration, you will need to present 1 form of photo ID. There will be an opportunity to tour the facilities either before or after your interview. The whole day will last approximately 2 hours.
You need to have a question prepared to ask your interviewer, this can be about anything to do with the course/university or anything that is of concern to you. Please note that you will have the opportunity to ask your question at the start of your interview and applies to both virtual and face to face interviews.

I am still studying and do not have all of my certificates yet / I have lost my certificates?
That's fine, this can happen from time to time, however you need to ensure that you have obtained official copies before results day.
What will happen if I am late for my interview?
There may be a chance that we cannot interview you, please try your best to be available at the time if you have chosen virtual interview.
If you are afraid of being late to your in person interview, please try your best to arrive in good time and take into consideration parking and finding the interview venue.
How long will I be expected to stay on the day of my interview?
Please refer to the section on this page called 'Interview format'.
What questions will I be asked? Will they be science based?
The questions may be based on scenarios and competencies. They are not science based. You will be briefed prior to your interview.
Are there any Numeracy or Literacy assessments?
Can I look around the campus?
Yes, if you are attending a face to face interview. If you have selected to do a virtual interview, and would like to view the campus, there will be an opportunity later in the year for this.
