HR Specialist Services


HR Specialist Services, led by  Carolyn Stanhope, (tel: 0115 951 5771), is responsible for the delivery of strategic HR projects/specialist services and support to the University in the following areas:

Strategic Projects, Policy and Development

Key Contact: Rebecca Dalton and Vincent Bryce

The development and implementation of strategic HR projects, including the development and implementation of fit for purpose HR policy and processes, that support strategic, operational and people management needs of the University including in the areas of wellbeing and employee engagement.

HR Systems and MI

Head of HR Systems & MI: Laura Henshaw

The development and technical maintenance of HR business systems, the development and delivery of HR operational and strategic management information, and the development of efficient and effective HR business processes supported by systemised solutions.
