HR Specialist Services, led by Carolyn Stanhope, (tel: 0115 951 5771), is responsible for the delivery of strategic HR projects/specialist services and support to the University in the following areas:
Policy and Development
The development, maintenance and implementation of fit for purpose HR policy and processes that support the strategic, operational and people management needs of the University.
The development and implementation of strategic HR projects which support delivery of wider University Strategy, including Performance Management and support relating to human resource planning eg through the workload planning framework.
HR Systems and MI
The development and technical maintenance of HR business systems, the development and delivery of HR operational and strategic management information, and the development of efficient and effective HR business processes supported by systemised solutions.
