ResourceLink is the University’s HR/Payroll system which authorised managers are able to use to view current employment information about staff in their area.
Vacancy Manager is a web-based e-recruitment system that manages recruitment requests (including the engagement of casual workers). This system also manages the request and authorisation process should you wish to change the details of an existing member of staff.
BI is a reporting system for School/Department use.
MyView is a web-based system which forms part of the University’s Human Resources system. It gives employees direct access to view and update some of the data that the University holds about them for example their home address and personal details like their date of birth and demographic information.
Records how academic workloads are allocated to academic staff.
UniCore - is the University’s new secure HR, Finance and Procurement system. This is the single integrated way to access organisation charts, Appraisal Development Conversations (ADC), view payslips, book annual leave, record sickness, recruit staff, view university jobs, update personal details, claim expenses, make purchases and access reports.
