ADC Key Dates

Appraisal & Development Conversations (ADC) 2021/2022 Key Dates

  • The University ADC year runs from 1 August - 31 July.
  • Incremental salary progression will normally be effective from 1 August following each performance year review.
  • Departments and Schools will have flexibility as to when the review meetings are carried out between the beginning of April and the end of July.
  • However, all confirmations that an ADC has taken place must be collated by Departments and Schools (including those submitted by the Provost for the overseas campuses) and returned to the HR Employment Services Team by mid-August each year.

September Appraisers collate any training/learning required and share with their School/Department Appraisers
