What you need to know
We promote our employees based on three areas of achievement:
- Research and scholarship
- Teaching and learning activity
- University and academic service and good citizenship
Our promotion process applies to all our Research and Teaching (R&T) staff, including seconded staff in UNMC and UNNC. You can apply for promotion to R&T Level 4, Level 5, Level 6 and Level 7.
