Taiwan Studies Programme

Our language scholarships are open to those holding a full UK passport and currently studying Chinese (at any level).

Applicants are required to complete an application form and submit to mandy.felton@nottingham.ac.uk, along with a number of supporting documents including a study/research plan, copy of passport, copy of degree certificate and transcript and evidence of application to a degree programme at a recognised university.

If the programme is not taught fully in English (there is a list of approved English-taught courses), they must also include a copy of a 'Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language' (TOCFL) certificate at B and B or higher. No other language proficiency certificate is accepted.
