Salary
£24174 to £28756 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join our governance team, focusing on our safety management systems. 

The position will include some home working, which is presently three days per week. Please state in your application that you have prior agreement from your current line manager if wishing to undertake a secondment.

You will work closely with academic and administrative colleagues across the School and develop strong working relationships with other University departments. The post requires interaction with a wide variety of teams to administer our safety systems and records. You will be self-motivated, highly organised, and capable of working with minimal direction; good knowledge of Office 365 is essential. 

This role is a full-time (36.25 hours) fixed-term contract for two years. Job share arrangements may be considered.

Requests for secondment from internal candidates will be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your current line manager and the manager of your substantive post, if you are already undertaking a secondment role.
