We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to work in our busy artisan Cafe at our Sutton Bonington Campus near Loughborough. You will be responsible for the operation, organisation and supervision of the Cafe, ensuring a high quality and consistent service is provided. Main duties will include preparing and serving a wide range of food and beverages, cash handling, banking and supervising staff. You will also order stock, liaise with suppliers and will lead the team to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.

Supervisory experience gained within a similar environment and excellent customer service skills, are essential for this role

Hours of work are 35 per week, 5 days out of 7 to be arranged, worked 5 days out of 7 to be arranged including regular weekends between 7.00am and 10.00pm for 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility will be required. This post attracts a 20% allowance for hours worked at the weekend.
